Pod Al Fakher Cubic 30K – 2 × 10 ml, 20 mg/ml nicotine

The Pod Al Fakher Cubic 30K is the consumable of the Puff Al Fakher Cubic 30K, from the Crown Bar range. It is made up of a 2 ml refillable pod with a built-in mesh coil and two 10 ml bottles of e-liquid in nicotine salts dosed at 20 mg/ml (2%). It fits only the Al Fakher Cubic 30K battery, sold separately.

2 ml pod and 10 ml bottles

The pod holds 2 ml, the maximum set by the French regulations in force for a tank of nicotine-containing liquid. It is supplied empty and is filled with the bottles provided. Each bottle holds 10 ml, the maximum volume allowed for a bottle of nicotine-containing e-liquid. The 20 ml amount to around ten fills of the pod.

The 0.6 ohm mesh coil is built into the pod and is not replaced separately. Once it is worn out, the whole pod is replaced. The pod attaches to the battery by magnet.

Battery life

The manufacturer states up to 30,000 puffs for the 20 ml of liquid, across all the fills. That figure does not correspond to a single fill of the pod. The actual number of puffs depends on how long each inhale lasts and on the draw mode selected on the battery.

Nicotine and draw

The liquid contains nicotine salts at 20 mg/ml, that is 2%, the maximum strength allowed in France for an e-liquid. The Cubic 30K battery offers two modes: a tight draw (MTL, mouth-to-lung) and an airy draw (DL, direct lung). In DL mode, the volume of vapour per puff is larger, which increases the amount of nicotine inhaled with each puff.

Filling and fitting

1. Open the pod's filling hole.
2. Fill the pod with one bottle, without going past the 2 ml mark, then close it again.
3. Place the pod on the battery: it holds by magnet.
4. Wait a few minutes for the wick to soak up the liquid before the first inhale.
5. Refill the pod before it runs empty.
6. Replace the pod if a burnt taste appears or the vapour drops off.

Storage and end of life

Keep the pod and the bottles tightly closed, away from heat, damp and direct light, out of reach of children and animals. A used pod holds traces of nicotine-containing liquid and a metal coil; it is thrown away according to local sorting instructions, as are the empty bottles.
