EHUKA X-GO 3-in-1 Electronic Shisha

The EHUKA X-GO is an electronic shisha running on e-liquid: an electronic module with a 2000 mAh battery heats the e-liquid of a 10 ml cartridge through a 0.2 or 0.3 ohm coil, with no charcoal. The module sits on a glass base with water filtration and connects to two hoses. The box also holds an adapter that lets the base be used with a traditional bowl.

What the device is made of

The EHUKA X-GO is made up of three main parts:

• the X-GO module (mod): built-in 2000 mAh battery, power-setting electronics, USB-C charging port;
• the cartridge: a 10 ml tank with a built-in coil, fitted onto the module;
• the glass base: it holds the filtration water, the module and the hoses.

The module and the cartridge measure 66.5 x 216 mm. The device comes in five colours: Gold, Metal, Blue, Red and Black.

Three ways to use it

Electronic shisha

The module, fitted with its cartridge, is placed on the base filled with water. The vapour produced by the coil passes through the water in the base before reaching the hoses.

Module on its own

The module and its cartridge are taken off the base and used on their own, with no water and no hose, through the cartridge's mouthpiece.

Shisha with a bowl

Without the module, the base takes the adapter supplied, onto which a traditional bowl is fitted. The bowl, the mix and the charcoal are not supplied.

Battery and power

The 2000 mAh battery charges via USB-C port, in around 40 minutes according to the manufacturer. The power is set from 5 to 60 W. The usable range depends on the coil fitted: up to 40 W for the 0.3 ohm cartridge, up to 60 W for the 0.2 ohm cartridge. High power increases the volume of vapour, the consumption of liquid and the battery drain. The running time per charge is not stated by the manufacturer; it varies with the power set.

10 ml cartridge and e-liquid

The cartridge holds 10 ml. The French regulations in force limit tanks holding a nicotine-containing liquid to 2 ml: the EHUKA X-GO cartridge is therefore intended for a nicotine-free e-liquid. A base rich in vegetable glycerine (70% or more) suits this kind of subohm coil. The nicotine-free EHUKA 50 ml e-liquids are formulated on a PG/VG 30/70 base.

The coil is built into the cartridge and is not replaced separately. The EHUKA 10 ml cartridges are sold in twos, in a 0.2 or 0.3 ohm version.

Getting started and upkeep

1. Charge the module via USB-C before first use.
2. Fill the cartridge with nicotine-free e-liquid, without going past the mark, then fit it onto the module.
3. Wait 5 to 10 minutes for the coil's wick to soak up the liquid.
4. Fill the base with water to 2 or 3 cm above the end of the down stem, then place the module and connect the hoses.
5. Set the power within the range indicated for the coil.
6. Empty and rinse the base after each use; never immerse the module.
7. Replace the cartridge when the vapour drops off or a burnt taste appears.

End of life

The module contains a lithium battery: at end of life, it goes to a WEEE collection point or a recycling centre. Used cartridges and empty bottles follow local sorting instructions. The glass base is recycled with non-food glass, according to local rules.
