Puff 30K Adalya Myvo 8 mg/ml – rechargeable puff

The Puff 30K Adalya Myvo 8 mg/ml is a rechargeable electronic cigarette with a refillable pod, from the vaping range of the Adalya brand. It consists of a 1300 mAh battery rechargeable via USB-C, a 2 ml pod with a mesh coil and two 10 ml e-liquid bottles of nicotine salts dosed at 8 mg/ml. The manufacturer states up to 30,000 puffs for the full volume of liquid supplied with the device.

How it works: 2 ml pod and 10 ml bottles

The Myvo 30K does not use prefilled cartridges: you fill the pod yourself from the bottles supplied. The pod holds 2 ml, the maximum capacity allowed in France for a tank of nicotine-containing liquid; each bottle holds 10 ml, the maximum capacity allowed for a bottle of nicotine-containing refill liquid. The 20 ml supplied therefore amount to around ten fillings of the pod.

The figure of 30,000 puffs applies to those 20 ml, not to a single filling or a single battery charge. It is a manufacturer's estimate; the actual number varies with how long each inhale lasts, the power mode chosen and how far the airflow is open.

Battery and Eco / Boost modes

The built-in 1300 mAh battery charges via a USB-C port; an LED display shows its level. Two power modes can be selected. Eco mode delivers reduced power and uses less liquid and battery; Boost mode delivers higher power, with greater consumption. The device fires automatically on inhale, with no fire button.

Coil, airflow and nicotine

The coil, a mesh type, is built into the pod; it wears over time and the whole pod is then replaced. The airflow ring adjusts the air intake, from a tight draw (MTL, mouth-to-lung) to an airy draw (DL, direct-lung). The liquid supplied contains nicotine salts at 8 mg/ml. How far the airflow is open changes the volume of vapour produced, and therefore the amount of nicotine inhaled with each puff.

Getting started and care

1. Fully charge the battery via the USB-C port.
2. Open the pod, fill it from a 10 ml bottle up to the mark, then close it again.
3. Let the pod stand for around five minutes so the cotton can soak up the liquid before the first inhale.
4. Select Eco or Boost mode and adjust the airflow.
5. Refill the pod before it runs dry, so the cotton is never heated without liquid.
6. Change the pod once vapour drops off or a burnt taste appears.

Storage and end of life

Store the device and the closed bottles away from heat, light and damp, out of reach of children and animals. The device contains a lithium battery: at end of life, take it to a WEEE collection point or a recycling centre, never to household waste. Used pods and empty bottles follow household waste sorting.
