Tornado X White Rabbit 7K, 15K and 25K refillable vapes

RandM is a Chinese brand of vapes (compact prefilled e-cigarettes), made by Fumot Technology in Shenzhen, known for the Tornado series and its illustrated casings. In France, the brand is distributed in its version compliant with the regulations on vaping products: Tornado X White Rabbit refillable vapes with USB-C battery and refillable tank, supplied with 10 ml refill bottles in 20 mg/ml (2%) nicotine salts. The disposable Tornado models, including the nicotine-free 9000 version, are no longer sold since the ban on disposable devices (French law no. 2025-165 of 25 February 2025). This page describes the three formats listed by El-Badia; the availability of each flavour is shown on its product page.

The Tornado X White Rabbit system

"Tornado X White Rabbit" refers to a collaboration between RandM and the White Rabbit brand, recognisable by the illustrations of a rabbit and alien characters on the casing. Technically, the three formats share the same principle: a battery rechargeable via USB-C port, a tank refillable through a side port, a mesh coil, automatic draw activation and an airflow ring allowing a tight draw (indirect, MTL) or a more open one (direct). The claimed number of puffs (7,000, 15,000, 25,000) is the manufacturer's estimate for all of the e-liquid supplied in the box, used over several fills of the tank; it corresponds neither to a battery charge nor to a single fill.

In line with the TPD directive as transposed in France, the tank of a device containing nicotine may not exceed 2 ml and a nicotine refill bottle may not exceed 10 ml. That is why the liquid is supplied in separate 10 ml bottles and not in the device.
