Al Fakher Crown Bar 600 MTL cartridges are prefilled 2 ml cartridges for the Crown Bar 600 battery, sold in packs of two. They hold an e-liquid in nicotine salts dosed at 20 mg/ml and have their own built-in coil. The manufacturer states around 600 puffs per cartridge.

How the cartridge is built

Each cartridge is a sealed 2 ml tank, the maximum capacity allowed in France for a tank of nicotine-containing liquid. The coil is built in and is not replaced separately; the cartridge cannot be refilled. Once empty, or once the flavour starts to fade, it is removed from the battery and a new cartridge takes its place.

The figure of around 600 puffs per cartridge is a manufacturer's estimate, which varies with how long each inhale lasts.

Nicotine and draw

The liquid contains nicotine salts at 20 mg/ml, the maximum strength allowed in France for an e-liquid. The cartridges are intended for mouth-to-lung (MTL) inhalation: the vapour is held in the mouth before being inhaled. The air intake is fixed. This tight draw produces a reduced volume of vapour per puff, which is why a high strength was chosen for this format.

Compatibility

Crown Bar 600 MTL cartridges fit only Al Fakher's Crown Bar 600 battery. They are not compatible with the other devices in the Crown Bar range (Cubic 30K, Hypermax Prime 50K, Hyper Max Advanced 30K, Refill Pro 32K).

Replacing a cartridge

1. Remove the empty cartridge from the battery.
2. Take the packaging and the protective cap off the new cartridge.
3. Insert the cartridge into the battery until it is seated.
4. Inhale through the mouthpiece: the battery fires automatically.
5. Wipe the contacts between cartridge and battery from time to time.

Storage and end of life

Keep unopened cartridges in their packaging, away from heat and direct light, out of reach of children and animals. A used cartridge still holds traces of nicotine-containing liquid and a metal coil: it goes to a suitable collection point.
