Loyalty program

The loyalty program has four levels. You start at the Bronze level and, as you spend, you reach the Silver, Gold, then Platinum levels, with increasingly interesting benefits at each level. Each purchase brings you closer to the next level, unlocking new rewards while keeping any unused ones from previous levels.

2. Visibility of benefits:
All the benefits you have unlocked are easily accessible from your account. There you can view the rewards and offers you receive, as well as your current level, at any time. Remember to check this space regularly so as not to miss any opportunity to take full advantage of the exclusive advantages linked to your loyalty level.

3. Non-cumulative benefits:
It is important to note that discounts and offers obtained via the loyalty program cannot be combined with each other. They will appear in your basket summary to allow you to clearly see the discounts applied to your order.

4. Annual reset:
At the start of each year, your level and the corresponding benefits are re-evaluated based on your purchases from the previous year.

Here is an example:
In year N you purchased for €105, in January N+1 you stay in the Silver tier and obtain the 4 advantages again.

• If at the end of year N+1 you ordered for €305, in January N+2 you stay in GOLD and obtain the 6 advantages again.
• But if at the end of year N+1 you ordered for less than €100, in January N+2 you become BRONZE and obtain the 2 advantages. To continue to benefit from the best offers, make sure to stay active and check your account regularly.
